I have depression, which will require me to be on medication for the rest of my life. Once, I stopped the meds and tried "natural" approaches and "lifestyle changes" and guess what? I almost died. So forgive me, but I get really pissed off at crap like that. (And, FWIW, some naturalistic type person once did tell me that I obviously "didn't try hard enough" to get off medication.
